Of course, we also prepare the necessary registration, deregistration and ongoing notifications for all branches of social insurance and make the evaluations available to you and your employees.

You don't want to continue with the administrative filing around keeping employee files? Then hand this process over to us and we will collect all documents concerning employees and make them easily available to you at any time. You will never again have to search for interim references, minutes of employee meetings, employment contracts or similar documents. We can provide these at any time at short notice or you can take a look at the documents yourself.

We are happy to maintain all attendance and absence times of your employees for you, prepare vacation approvals or take them ourselves based on the processes and standards you specify. Of course, this also includes the provision of statistics regarding accumulated absences or vacation days still open. We are also happy to take over the manual post-processing of your company's own time recording.

How much time do you spend each month checking your employees' travel expenses? If it's up to us, none at all in the future! We take over the control of the invoices both from a technical point of view, whether the receipts meet the legal requirements, and from a factual point of view, whether the receipts comply with your travel expense guidelines. In this way, you only have to define once what is important to you. We then carry out the ongoing control of the relevant transactions. We would be happy to provide you with one of our experts on a full-time basis. We define in advance according to your requirements, what you expect from the corresponding employee, based on this, what competence profile and level is required and for what period of time you would like to deploy the employee. Based on this information, we build you a team of maximum five employees, one of whom is always available for you and keeps the other employees up to date. This means that this employee can be replaced at any time in the event of illness or vacation.
